Can you tell me anything more about the history of the site?
You just updated to Types 3.4.1, what version were you updating from?
Did you have any relationships on the site previously?
The error states that the database table toolset_associations does not exist, but that is a standard table created with earlier versions of Types directly upon activation, i.e. if you were to install—say—Types 3.3.12 on a brand new site and activate it, that table would be created even if you did nothing else. So the question is, why is it missing from your site?
Have you migrated the site and not included all tables, perhaps?
* We don't use relationships on this site
* The update was from 3.3.13 to 3.4.1
* but we are using Toolset on the page for a while now (without any problems so far, probably because we don't use relationships on this site)
* We don't migrated anything, just installed Toolset some time ago 😉
Can we get a copy of your site for testing? hidden link
You can share duplicator backups via dropbox or similar here. Please be sure to exclude the media uploads directory to help reduce the filesize, and you can also exclude the plugins and themes, we can test just by installing Types ourselves.
I tried to analyze the Duplicator copy that you have provided, but I got stuck. The copy seems to be taken after upgrading to the latest version of Toolset Types. But it presents the following inconsistencies:
- The new table toolset_elements is not present.
- The option "toolset_relationship_db_layer" which should be set after the update migration is not present.
I'll need to have an old backup, that has the old version of the plugin. I hope you have it. Otherwise, I'll need to ask what issues has the update generated on your website? Is there any features that were impacted? Or is it only about the error message in the migration routine?
