[Resolved] Error. Cannot activate plugins

I have installed some of Toolset plugins. There has been no problem until up to now, when I want to install some other plugins such as WP Protect Content Pro.

ERROR: The extension could not be activated because it caused a serious error.

The debugging facility is turned on and give the information below.

Can you please check now.

I've deactivated the Toolset Types plugin for a moment and then activated the plugin " WP Protect Content Pro" and after that I've activated the Toolset Types plugin I see both plugins are activated.
