I tried to use WP Migration and got the same error. Looking at the console there was an internal server error loading wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Doing some digging on that it appears that is an issue with the version of PHP I was running. I updated to php version 7 and the migration tool worked. So I also renabled the plugins and I'm not getting the same error. So, i think this may be resolved.
May I leave this ticket open for a day while I test?
I disabled the SSL plugin then reactiated Forms and the same problem
Could we do a screenshare or some other method to help us get to the solution more rapidly. Our sting has been going on for a bit now and the client is growing restless.
Also, in the future, feel free to do any action you need. I'm running daily snapshot backups and can roll back if something goes amiss.
I tried looking at this again, pardon for the delay in responses but I would like to try a fresh copy downloaded from our site. However I tried using the FTP again but it keeps timing out.
Could you remove the CRED plugin again so I can install a fresh copy. I'll be needing your help to do these tests since the ftp is timing out for me.
Hey Shane, thanks, I'm really grateful for the help, I just need to figure out a way for us to accelerate it. It seems you and I are able to pass about one communication per day. Which when some of those are, can you disable this plugin, doesn't get too much done. I'm in the position now of possibly having to give a significant refund on this site.
I really like toolset and would like to build more sites on it, but so far this has been challenging. I do run a VPS server so I checked the server specs to make sure everything is correct. As best I can tell i have more than enough memory, have turned everything needed on and am running the latest PHP.
Anyway, I've gone ahead and deactivated and deleted ALL of the toolset plugins to give you the most fresh install possible.
I also just created new FTP credentials for you and tested them and they appear to be working well. I'll try and post those in the secure section.
