Hi Scott,
Could you disable the plugins again as i'm not able to access the backend to get the copy.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Scott,
This seems to be more than just a toolset issue with your site.
Would you mind providing me with the php logs for your site.
I tried 2 separate plugins to try to clone the site and both don't work.
If you update the plugins using FTP does the issue still remains ? Also I recommend updating all the plugins at once.
Thanks,
Shane
That may have actually helped me find my issue.
I tried to use WP Migration and got the same error. Looking at the console there was an internal server error loading wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Doing some digging on that it appears that is an issue with the version of PHP I was running. I updated to php version 7 and the migration tool worked. So I also renabled the plugins and I'm not getting the same error. So, i think this may be resolved.
May I leave this ticket open for a day while I test?
I was going through a number of tests and realized i still had several plugins that were inactive.
Activating Toolset Forms (cred-frontend-editor) reproduced the exact same issue.
I've disabled the plugin so you can view and verified that you should be able to download a copy of the site.

Hi Scott,
Could you disable the ssl plugin and let me know the results.
I test this locally but the plugin loaded normally.
Thanks,
Shane
I disabled the SSL plugin then reactiated Forms and the same problem
Could we do a screenshare or some other method to help us get to the solution more rapidly. Our sting has been going on for a bit now and the client is growing restless.
Also, in the future, feel free to do any action you need. I'm running daily snapshot backups and can roll back if something goes amiss.
Thanks!

Hi Scott,
I tried looking at this again, pardon for the delay in responses but I would like to try a fresh copy downloaded from our site. However I tried using the FTP again but it keeps timing out.
Could you remove the CRED plugin again so I can install a fresh copy. I'll be needing your help to do these tests since the ftp is timing out for me.
Thanks,
Shane
Hey Shane, thanks, I'm really grateful for the help, I just need to figure out a way for us to accelerate it. It seems you and I are able to pass about one communication per day. Which when some of those are, can you disable this plugin, doesn't get too much done. I'm in the position now of possibly having to give a significant refund on this site.
I really like toolset and would like to build more sites on it, but so far this has been challenging. I do run a VPS server so I checked the server specs to make sure everything is correct. As best I can tell i have more than enough memory, have turned everything needed on and am running the latest PHP.
Anyway, I've gone ahead and deactivated and deleted ALL of the toolset plugins to give you the most fresh install possible.
I also just created new FTP credentials for you and tested them and they appear to be working well. I'll try and post those in the secure section.
thanks again
I could find a way to send a secure message. How should I do that?

Hi Scott,
Still getting a timeout on the FTP.
Would it be possible to switch to php 7 ?
I have another customer who is having this issue as well. Our toolset plugins should be compatible with php 5.6 but seeing that 7 works well.
Could you try that.
Thanks,
Shane
I upgraded to 7 earlier this week. I'll double check to verify.
Not sure what the FTP issue is. I tested those credentials personally.
