I am trying to:

Use a cred post creation form in the secondary language (french) using Ajax

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

hidden link

I expected to see:

Cred post form submitted succesfully as in the primary language (english)

Instead, I got:

Cred post form is submitted but confirmation message is not displayed and I get a 503 error in the Network console (The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.)

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

In order to understand the root cause of the error 503 I will need for you to provide the server's php logs.

What you can do is to contact your host in order to see if they can point you in the right direction to access these logs.

Secondly I would recommend temporarily disabling your non-toolset plugins and WPML plugins trying again as this issue could also be caused by a plugin conflict.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,

I am also a web hosting provided so I easily can the supply the server logs. I get the following error message :

AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header, referer: hidden link
[Wed Jun 02 14:57:51.650308 2021] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 807450:tid 140472743884544] (104)Connection reset by peer: [client 92.137.252.149:0] AH01075: Error dispatching request to : , referer: hidden link

Please note that I don't face this issue on our dev environment. The main difference is the way WPML manages the translation of the customer notification message you will find below.

On the dev environment, it is recorded in the toolset-forms-242511 text domain.
On the prod environment, it is recorded in the cred-form-Enregistrement garantie-242511 text domain.

[wpml-string context='cred-form-Enregistrement garantie-242511' name='CRED Notification Body a164023c57316cda7bf9b070035969f9']

Our technical department will study your request as soon as possible.

We will inform you by e-mail when the state of your request has been modified.

Hello,

I will need to test this on my localhost to see what happens as well. Usually translation issues are dealt with by the WPML team but I will try to see what is happening here.

Please provide me with admin access to the site as well as a link to the form on the frontend so that I can have a look and perform a test.

You mention that the issue only occurs in a secondary language correct?

The private fields have been enabled for your next response.

Thanks,

Hello,

Would it be best if you created the copy of the site for me ? To do this you can follow the instructions in the link below.
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

This is the best way to work on the site without making any changes on your live environment.

I've enabled the private fields once more.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane

My issue is finally resolved .

I have just deleted the strings recorded in the cred-form-Enregistrement garantie-242511 text domain which contained unappropriate wpml-string context='cred-form-Enregistrement garantie-242511' name='CRED Notification Body a164023c57316cda7bf9b070035969f9'] tags.
