Good morning.

When I try to create a form for the front-end, it gives me an error server 500. In the php error log I found:

[04-Apr-2023 12:01:03] WARNING: [pool mydomain.es] child 1880849, script '/home/mydomain/www/wp-admin/admin.php' (request: "GET /wp-admin/admin.php?page=types-helper&action=new-form&type=municipio&toolset_help_video=cred_form&ref=dashboard") executing too slow (6.535945 sec), logging
[04-Apr-2023 12:01:42] WARNING: [pool mydomain.es] child 1880849 exited on signal 11 (SIGSEGV) after 53.211406 seconds from start

Why is the creation of forms not working?

Thanks in advance.

Regards.

Add that through the menu Toolset -> From Front-End Forms, I can create the form but, from the button that appears in the list of custom posts in Toolset -> From Front-End Forms, it gives me the error above

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

In order to make sure that there is no conflict between the third-party plugins or theme you are using:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference? If no:

I will require admin access details as well as problem URL with the steps I've to follow to see the issue.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
