Hi Meirk,

I'm still investigating the issue for you, however I found that when using AJAX to submit the form the issue doesn't occur.

Please let me know if you're ok with using this workaround while I continue to investigate this issue for you. Also can you recall when the issue begun and what was the last action that you did on the site. Were there any plugins that were updated?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Meirk,

I had a look at this some more, however i'm still unable to identify a clear cause to the issue. Even disabling the non-toolset plugins, the issue still remains.

Previously I asked when was this issue first noticed, if it was after a plugin update ? Once I know this I will proceed to escalate this thread to our 2nd tier supporters for further checks on the issue.

Thanks,
Shane
