Hi,

I'd like to insert, add dynamic data via Toolset shortcodes into 3rd party plugins ( 3rdPP ), but not into themes or page builders.
They would be custom post type custom field and/or custom taxonomy and/or any other CPT related metadata available in Toolset via shortcode.
I want to use this data for further processing inside the 3rdPP, as input, not simply display it.
I understand it is an issue should be solved on the 3rd party plugin's side, but
is there any method, tool, tutorial, what makes this process, let's say integration easier, simplier?

Thank you!

Hi Vane,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately not as this is completely on the 3rd party plugin side to handle 3rd party shortcodes. Our shortcodes can provide the data normally given that the post data is available in the global variable of the page.

However if the 3rd party plugin doesn't process or accept shortcodes as a valid input then there is really nothing we can do about it from our side.

I would recommend contact the plugin author on how to get this done. If the process is possible then I would be more than happy to assist you further on how to get this done.

Looking forward to hearing your response.

Thanks,
Shane
