Enable email notifications for comments created by Toolset post types

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Can you please let me know how to enable email notifications for new replies of comment section? When a user replies to a comment, it should notify the original comment author.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to know first that are you talking about the default comment box offered by WordPress and when the user post a reply to comment within that comment box you would like to send email notification? If yes:
- The comment notifications are controlled by WordPress and there is no such feature offered by Toolset to send email.
