Tell us what you are trying to do? I have 254 dynamically created custom posts generated using a custom post template. They are assigned the category United Kingom in the taxonomy Countries. The posts are visible but the category is empty. Also, when I search for any post by its title no results are returned.

Is there any documentation that you are following? no, apart from your own

What is the link to your site? hidden link - this category is empty

hidden link - this and 253 other posts exist

hidden link - no results returned

The search has never worked on this site. The category assignment did previously work but I can't figure out what's broken it.

Thanks in advance.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Please check if the issues with the category page and the search page appear when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If this does not help find the cause of the issue, I'll need to take a closer look at your website. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

I might also need to take a copy of your website for further debugging locally. Let me know if that's fine with you.

Regarding the country archive hidden link it turns out that the country is not assigned to any posts. Check these screenshots hidden link hidden link
I assigned the country to that post and now it appears on the country archive hidden link

Regarding the search page, it seems that the issue is caused by Relevanssi plugin, maybe it needs to rebuild its index. In fact, once I deactivated it, the search has worked as expected. hidden link

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.
