[Resolved] Email Notifications

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi

Regarding email notifications - How can we do it so the form is emails to a list? For instance to everyone with the 'Members' role ? Or everyone that has ticked a box on their user profile ? (Custom field extra box when they register for instance saying yes I want to receive the blog posts / whatever else

Are you referring to something like subscribing to an email notification ?

If this is what you are referring to then you can use this plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/bnfw/

For it to work on frontend forms you need to also add this to your page as well.

A third party plugin would need to be used because our CRED forms isn't able to send notifications to a list of users. Only specific users that are specified in the notifications settings of the form.

Hi Shane

We have looked at the plugin, and it doesn't seem that users can adjust their option on the front end of the site. Isn't there any solution to this ?
