Hi, please try these troubleshooting steps first:
- Reset some User's password from wp-admin. Check to be sure that User receives the system-generated email.
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types, Views and Forms. Activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- Create a new notification that only includes basic text - no shortcodes or placeholders. Open the browser console and watch for any JavaScript errors.
- Send a test email to the same email address that received the reset password email.
- If no emails are received, activate a plugin like WP Mail Log and try to send another test email. Refresh the Mail Logs and see if any information appears related to the test email.

Please let me know what you find out.
