email Auto notification

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We would like to send one email notifications to multiple users automatically without submitting a form at the same time. How can we do that.

Hello, Toolset's email notification feature is directly tied to Form submissions of some kind, and there is no simple way to trigger an email notification without some type of Form submission. Email notifications are defined in the Form builder. To send an email notification without a Form trigger, you would probably need some 3rd-party email notification system or plugin.

the issue is that we have an account expiration date. We want to notify the user automatically before 10 days of the account expiration.

Is this account created with a Toolset Form, or with some other system? If it is created by submitting a Toolset Form, please explain how the expiration is implemented, from a technical perspective. Is there an expiration date set on a post somehow using Toolset Forms?
