Dear Toolset Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I'm having trouble displaying the assigned agent's information on individual property pages on my website luxuryhup.com. I have created custom post types for both "Property" and "Agent" and established a One-to-Many relationship between them using Toolset.

I've followed the steps outlined in your documentation to use Toolset Blocks to display agent data on the property page within Elementor Pro. I've double-checked that:

The relationship between the property and the agent is correctly set up and active.
The relationship field linking the property and agent exists in the "Property" post type.

Each property is correctly linked to its assigned agent in the property's edit page.

I've cleared the cache on my website.

There are no conflicts with other plugins.

However, the agent's information (such as name, photo, and phone number) is still not appearing on the property page when i using Elementor.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you in advance for your time and help.

Sincerely,

Mohamed aly

Hi Mohamed

With your relationship between agents and properties, I assume it is one agent to many properties, yes?

And if when displaying a property you want to output details of the agent, you are effectively displaying fields of the parent agent post.

If using the block editor to create a template for projects it would be straightforward within the UI to specify the parent agent as the field source when adding blocks to the template.

But you are using Elementor where that is not available. I expect you would be outputting fields (and specifying the parent agent as source) via shortcodes, but it's not clear from you question exactly how you are output Toolset fields in Elementor.

Could you clarify that? Then we might have a clearer understanding of what's not working.

Hi Nigel
yes, relationship between agents and properties, I assume it is one agent to many properties.

In the attached image, I am trying to import the agent image for this property, but it was not imported. If this is not possible, please explain how to import the agent information using Elementor, so I can build a distinctive and customized property page.

Can you please share details on what elementor template you want to display what Toolset field and send me problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
