In all my post forms, the news text entry field looks like the attached image.
Also, the button to add links does not work.
The editor tried from the WordPress backend does not have this kind of problem.

You can see that at url: hidden link

Can you please check it out?
Thanks

Can you please check for conflicts from other plugins or your theme?

Disable *all* plugins except Toolset, and make sure you are not running any custom code (if you edited the theme's functions.php file, switch theme to twentytwenty, and disable any code snippets added in Toolset > Settings).

Then try loading the page with the form again. If the problem no longer appears then you should be able to determine the source of any conflict that triggers the problem by a process of elimination.

Let us know what you find.

Hi Nigel,
I disable all plugins except Toolset, change theme to twentytwenty one and deactivated a custom code into Toolset > Settings but the problem still remain.

I checked on your install and yes, I can see the Toolbar on editor and as you mentioned the link button is not working but strange thing is that with latest version of Toolset such Toolbar that offers link button is not offered. I checked with the test install and the editor displayed for post content field as just fine (but without Toolbar):
=> hidden link

Also, I would like to know, what browser and OS you are using?

I will require duplicator copy of your site to check further whats going wrong with your setup.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I installed the duplicator you shared and when I visit the URL where you added the form. I do not see any issue.

I checked with both but I do not see any issues:
- Firefox (95.0.2 (64-bit)) and
- Chrome ( Version 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)
==> Screenshot: hidden link

I see on your install there is a 403 error on browser's console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
load-styles.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
load-styles.php:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

It seems some styles are missing or not loading or not there. Would you check why its not loading. Maybe you should try to reinstall the Toolset Forms plugin and see if that helps.
