I have a custom fields group called "Alumni Directory." In Toolset Access, I have it set to that users in the Editor role can use this custom field group. I updated Types and Views a few days ago and now Editors can't see the Alumni Directory custom fields group. It is not on their edit screen (it is assigned to a custom post type of People) and it is not available in Screen Options. It is, however, still available for Admins. As a workaround, I elevated an Editor to Admin so she could access those fields.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - there is a known issue with the author role for now. We already escalated this issue to our Devs and they are working on it.

We already published the errata for this issue:

I will get in touch with you as soon as I know more. Please hold on for further update.
