Editing Content Template with DIVI on exit Template Usage Selection is removed

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to:
Edit a Content Template with the Divi Theme

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
When I exit the Divi Theme Content Template Editor I am expecting my original usage selection to remain intact.

Instead, I got:
Every time I make changes to the Content Template in Divi and save and return to the main Edit Content Template screen, I notice my usage selection checkbox has been unchecked and I need to reselect it and save it.
