Edit user CRED form – image problems

This support ticket is created 5 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
I would like to use again possibility to edit user via CRED form by user.
I have got a menu (after login) where user can edit their profile (name, surname, company....logo of their company). Until last update of Cred form everything works nice, but after update users are not able to delete image / or upload new one in CRED forms (i miss uploading symbol too). I tried to setup CRED form for editing user again, but i dont know how to figure out this issue.

Hi, I see several JavaScript errors in the console. Please see the attached screenshot. This could indicate a conflict with another plugin, or a conflict with your theme. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps?
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, then deactivate all plugins except Types, Views and Forms. If you want to activate a Maintenance Mode plugin during testing, that is fine.
- Test the Form again. If you cannot see the Form, place it on a Custom Page and test again.
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem is not resolved, I can take a closer look.
