Hi

When using the E-mail notifications in forms, are there any restrictions on what you can put in the "Notification e-mail subject" ?

As I'm having what appears to be a conflict of some kind. I had created some new forms and put the subject as "New Message", but the message would not be received. So I changed the subject to something different like "You have a New Message", and it worked. No other changes were made.

Any ideas on what may be causing this ? Or is this a very strange one ?

Hi Jane,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I'm not aware of any such restrictions. However its quite possible that your email provider is marking the message as spam so I would recommend checking in your spam as well to see if the emails are being sent there.

Thanks,
Shane
