[Resolved] Duplicate List of Post for some Categories

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: It seems that the results displayed on page 1 and page 2 of a taxonomy archive are the same.

Solution: In this case, it looks like the difference between the View's limits and the WordPress Reading Settings post count was causing a pagination discrepancy. Increasing the post count in Settings > Reading solved the problem.

Hello,
Here is my issue:
I have a custom post type called "Training Sessions" and a custom taxonomy called "Fields of Application".
I created a view that lists all training sessions within a given field of application. The view works fine for all but one field of application where the content is duplicated, and appears on two separate pages. I have double checked that the corresponding items are unique, so I don't really know where to look next to find a solution.
Here is a link to the page showing the duplicate content: hidden link (see the pagination at the bottom leading to the exact same page).

Thanks.

Hi, the settings in wp-admin > Settings > Reading show a max of 10 posts per blog page, but this View is set to have no maximum. That's why there is a discrepancy - WordPress thinks it needs to display more than one page of results. Normally you would use a WordPress Archive cell in this Layout instead of a View cell, then you could add pagination to the WordPress Archive instead of using the default theme-based pagination.

So if you'd like to disable the pagination showing up on this archive page, you can edit the Layout applied to this taxonomy archive and find the "Theme Options" panel in the Layout editor page. You can disable the pagination that WordPress (and Ocean WP) have automatically applied. Just keep in mind that this page will continue to grow in length.

Thank you! I have increased the value in Reading and that solved the issue. I am not going to add many more posts on this website, so having too many on a single page will not be a problem.
