Hello, I have another question
I have created a search and wanted to ask if I can deposit the taxonomy search a fixed link.
So instead of going to the search results page you should the selection in the Dopdownmenue "Toscana at a glance" on the page hidden link go and not on the page
"hidden link" go
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Well - do you mean that you want to implement Ajax search - that means, if a user changes the filter value, the page should not be reloaded and the results should be displayed on the same page?
Do you want to redirect the page as soon as user select the taxonomy filter value? or once user select taxonomy filter value and then click on search button?
Additionally - you added one more custom select dropdown box - what is the role of that filter which you showed with the screenshot you shared?
When you say "redirected to a domain and not as intended on the search result." - do you mean that when user select the filter and click on search button user should stay on the same page - correct? The page should not be redirected to result page.
OR y
ou want to redirect user on some different page when user click on search button?
Somehow I seem to express myself unclear.
1. In the dropdown menu which I have built in categories such as "Toscana at a glance"
2. If a user selects this option and clicks on Search, he lands on the page hidden link
3. I would like but tired of that the user lands on this page hidden link
4.I have created a separate page for each category
5. I would like to prevent that so dublicate content is generated, since the search result and the category page are almost identical.
6. My question is: Can I provide the filter of the dropdown menu with a link so that the user lands on the page as described in point 2 and 3
This is the only option using which you can redirect user to another page. If the above solution does not suits your requirements then there is no such feature available that fits into yoursneeds.
