Drawing tools google maps

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi I´d like to ask you if it is possible to somehow implement a drawing tools in to the maps? I have this site: hidden link where I´d like to for example draw a circle and get the properties inside the circle. How can this be done? I´ve read some documentation hidden link but i am not able to insert it into your maps.

Hi, there's no built-in solution for searching within a user-defined area. That type of filter doesn't exist in Toolset, and would require a substantial amount of custom code that falls outside the scope of support we provide here in the forums. It also appears that the Drawing Library API is not included when Toolset Maps loads the Google Maps API, so you would have to overcome that problem as well. I can show you a couple of other tickets here in the forum discussing customizations with the Google Maps JavaScript API, but nothing specific to drawing tools:
