Hi,

I just registered mysite and am trying to download the latest version of Toolset Types 3.4.11.
I have the token configured in my website but when i go to download the update from the plugin page, I get a forbidden error message. I can't see any error logs to see a more specific error.

Neil

Hi Neil,

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you're updating from a really old version of our Toolset plugins then there may be issues with the installer fetching the latest version of our plugins.

If such is the case you can always manually update the plugins by downloading them from the link below and manually updating them.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

This also comes with the latest version of the installer so you should have any issue with future updates.

Thanks,
Shane

I have 3.3.10 installed at the moment.
To manually install the plugin, is it sufficient to just unzip the new file over the old directory?

Hi Neil,

Yes that is correct, or you can even upload the new files through the wordpress backend and it will prompt you to overwrite the existing folder.

Thanks,
Shane
