[Resolved] Downgrade subscription

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Downgrade subscription plan.

Hi, Shane is unavailable this week and I'm checking on his outstanding tickets. I've asked our accounts team about downgrading an existing account, but they informed me there is currently no downgrade process available in Toolset's accounts system. The best way to proceed here is to terminate the existing account and create a new one with the desired subscription plan.

Let me know if you have questions about that process and I can ask for more feedback.
