I have seen some answers from Beda , but I was not able to understand where I needed to remove the html in order to have just the toolset output. I am using the astra pro theme, and I have searched every corner (in my understanding ) to find a switch or place to disable the theme out put. I could grant access to the site if needed, but I wanted to learn where to do it so next time I know how to fix it.

I am trying to:
set up archives

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
see images

I expected to see:
single archive display of posts
Instead, I got:
mirrored posts

Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind providing me with access to the site so that I can get a look at what is happening here.

The reason is cause i'm not able to see the screenshot that you provided.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

I took a look at the archive page and it is completely blank.

I would suggest deleting the archive you made and recreate it, once you've done this please let me know what the results are.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

From what I can see your archive here .

This isn't an archive you've assigned it to a Custom post Type.

You should assign this layout type to an archive, under the archive options.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, I don't understand what you just posted. the archive is connected to only to post type I have in the dashboard following the button that says archive. Which one did you see? did you look at the view output that shows a double output ? the page does display two archives one for wp one for the toolset.
The dashboard displays a template and a archive. Could you please see it? I need your help here. It does display an archive on top of the page and in the half of the page it displays the logo then it starts again with the output for an archive.
Thanks .

Some how the uploading of pictures is not working in my end. I uploaded jpeg and png but none of them can be seen. I don't know why.

Toolset reconsider training in customer relationship for your tech Shane! he is not honest in his approaches to customers. He might know how to right codes, but does not have integrity to the trusted position he holds.
