[Waiting for user confirmation] domain to be already linked to an old account I can’t access

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello, I created a new Toolset account but my domain dolmed.pl seems to be already linked to an old account I can’t access.
Can you please release or transfer the domain so I can register it on my new account?

I would like to know first - what you do not able to access the old account?

Do you forgot the password or your account is deleted?

Hello,
I wanted to renew our subscription, but we couldn’t determine which account it was originally created from. The account was set up by a former employee who no longer works with us, and we don’t have access to their information. Therefore, we decided to create a new account and purchased a new one-year subscription.
If possible, we kindly ask you to transfer the active license from the old account to the new one, or to cancel the previous subscription to avoid being charged twice.

Can you please navigate to:
plugins => Add new => click on commercial

And within Toolset section and click on the link "Unregister Toolset from this site" and then try to register the Toolset by following the steps given with the following link:
