[Closed] Domain Not connected and Site Key NOT working

This support ticket is created 2 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Updated my account for hidden link and my site key will not take AND I can't update any Toolset plugins.

Still need assistance please.

When I click on the domain (Upload 01) from your site I get the following error (Upload 02). I AM logged in as the Admin (Upload 03), when I click on register and but in my site code I get another error (upload 04)

Hi there,

Would you please delete the row in toolset.com and start over by following the steps below?

- Make sure that you are logged in toolset.com
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Register Toolset" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Based on the screenshot you shared, I see that the error message is site key is not matching.

Would you mind to remove/delete the existing site key and then follow the steps suggested by Christopher here:

If your issue still persists, please get back to me and share admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
