Tell us what you are trying to do?

I am using the BigBlueButton for WordPress (plugin). I am trying to make it to where I can allow users in my marketplace style website to purchase their own BBB conferencing room to use on the website. So, they would be able to click a link when they want to get one, then order it. Once the order is placed, I'd like for the room to be automatically created, and they can name the conferencing room whatever they'd like. This would also include their own unique password.

Lastly, it will show on their profile in the menu.

I am also using Elementor, TUTORLMS, BBB.

Based on the description you shared, I'm not sure what exactly you are facing the issue. We do not have any official integration with BigBlueButton plugin.
