I visited the link you shared. It appears to offer a white-hat hacking testing service for a fee for your site.
It appears to test sites, rather than the tools made to create sites, and as such it looks like it would be necessary to create a site, and then have the site tested.
From time to time we do have vulnerabilities reported to us, and we take them very seriously and work to fix them immediately.
If you were to use Toolset on a site and the penetration test identified vulnerabilities that were due to Toolset code we would undertake to fix them.
Yes, I plan to develop a new site and mostly use the Toolset plugins, we may do the Penetration Test and see whether if we find any vulnerabilities issue caused by Toolset itself, not sure whether Toolset will provide the support with the highest priority or we need to wait for next update
It will get direct attention from our Devs and they will try to fix very important security issues as soon as possible but it totally depends on how critical the issue is and if its wise to publish hotfix release or it can wait for sometime and later include the fix with the planned release cycle.
