Hi, Shane is on holiday this week and I'm taking over his tickets.

In other words can two forms in different locations display on a single result page for both?
Yes, it is possible for two custom search View forms to display results on a single result page. You must ensure that both search Views are configured with identical Query Filter URL parameters if there is overlap between the two search form filters. In other words, say both Views have a custom field filter for the field "color". If one View is set up to respond to a URL parameter "wpv-color" and the other is set up to respond to a URL parameter "color", it won't work. They must have identical URL parameters when filtering the same criteria.

It's unfortunate that Shane is away as we had established a clear understanding of what the issues were and the stress further delay has placed on my business relationship.

I have come up with what appears to be my own solution when support has not been able to resolve any of the previous ticket issues successfully thus far.

Shane had direct user access. Can you please login to see exactly what needs to be done to resolve this issue or please pass this ticket along to someone who will?
