Divi theme options not visible in content template (layouts not installed)

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Remove post title in Divi Content template, but Theme Options Section is not visible in Conent Template Setting like described here: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-remove-post-title-in-divi-template/#post-1146655. Layouts is not installed. Actual DIvi an Toolset Versions are installed.

The theme options of Divi are visible for me on the Content Template edit screen testing this locally.

I suggest to start with a compatibility check, this is, make a backup of the site and disable all Plugins but Toolset, and check only with Toolset and a fresh copy of Divi.

If then the issue persists, please check the browser console for errors (JS errors) while viewing the Content Template, and also activate WP Debug to see if some PHP errors are happening.
Please ensure that Toolset Layouts is really not active, as otherwise, the options won't appear in Content Templates.

Please let me know your findings, so I can craft a solution.
