I am trying to work with toolset within a Divi theme. I've updated the plugins and theme. When I disable toolset (views & types) Divi works fine... when toolset is activated, Divi is not working correctly... for instance i can not click on "gear" to edit settings in section modules ... again... when clicking on the 'gear' nothing happens.... (see screenshot)

do you have any suggestions why its not working?

plugins are currently deactivated so i can proceeed.. you can turn them back on to test if needed...

This is especially the case on hidden link and ww.elite.share-ur-vision.nl ...

Sometimes it works but mostly it does not....

screen0.jpg) cant click on the "gear" via front end editor
screen2.jpg) how to swticht to backend editor
screen3.jpg) in backend editor i still can't lclick on "gear"

Hi Troy,

This is a known issue .

You will need to disable the new experience builder from divi.

To do this please follow the instructions below.

You can also switch to the Classic Divi Builder under Theme Options. Click the Builder tab and then the advanced options tab. There you can find the option to enable or disable the latest Divi Builder Experience. Simply disable this option to keep the Classic Divi Builder as before.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Thanks shane... I changed the settings last night and it was all working fine....

This morning its looking like the issues have came back... I checked the Divi Builder settings and they seem to be fine...

Any ideas?

Hi Troy,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website as well as a link to the page where I can see the issue ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Troy,

I believe this might also relate to the server.

The builder still runs slowly and unresponsive even when Toolset is disabled.

Could you check your servers php log and let me know if there are any errors in there.

Also if you try using the builder without toolset activated are there any improvements for you?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

I feel like the builder is a bit faster when Toolset is disabled.

I am not familiar with php logs so i sent them as attachment

Any ideas?

Hi Troy,

This doesn't seem to have any leverage on the speed of the site.

However would it be possible to get a copy of your site so that I can test it here locally?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane
