I am trying to:
- Work on my WordPress website using Divi (3.x.x) and Toolset plugins.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
- In WordPress back-end

I expected to see:
- A normal functioning WordPress

Instead, I got:
- A Divi Time-out. When I deactivated the Toolset plugins, the time-out doesn't show. I understand there is a known issue with Divi 4.x.x., but I'm using Divi 3.x.x..

Hi, can you confirm you have unchecked "Use the latest Divi Builder experience"? To do that to go to Divi -> Theme Options, click the Builder tab and in the Advanced section disable The Latest Divi Builder Experience and enable the Classic Editor option.

If that is already configured as recommended, I'll need some additional information. Can you provide your site's debug information as explained here: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I'll take a look at your configurations and provide some additional feedback.

Hi,

I unchecked the 'Use the latest Divi Builder experience' functionality. I also pasted the debug info.

Thanks in advance.

Okay thank you, I don't see anything obvious in the configurations that would produce such a timeout. Let's try these troubleshooting steps next:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views.
- Activate the parent Divi theme
- Test again
- If the problem is resolved, reactivate your child theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem is not resolved, I'll need to take a closer look.

Please let me know what you find out and we can continue debugging.
