Distance search not working

This support ticket is created 4 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to add a distance search for a post type called Traditional Office. I created a view and added the distance search using the block editor. After I add the distance search I get "no items found".
The distance search is using an address field call Property Address.
How do I fix this?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Here is what seems to be happening.
I have another address field - Building Location - for another post type. The distance search seems to only be able to work with Building Location, even though that field is not in the Traditional Office post type.
Is this a bug ? It seems there can't be more than one address field on the website.

I got this working - the view didn't work with previously added posts but it does work with a new posts.
