[Escalated to 2nd Tier] Distance filter in views block can't be saved

Clicking on the SAVE button after setting the distance filter parameters nothing happens, the filter can't be saved.

Are you using the legacy editor or adding a View block?

If you open your browser console are there any console errors, or errors reported for the network request?

Hi Nigel,
I can just give you the console error I see BEFORE adding the distance filter because I can't save it.
Here it is:
Impossible to load original map in DevTools: Impossible to load content for chrome-hidden link: system error: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
Not sure this error has anything to do with the filter issue.
Actually on this page I don't need the map to be displayed, just need the distance filter.

Hi Nicola,

I agree that the console error you see is not related to the distance filter not being saved issue.

Do you use the Block Editor to create the View or you use the Legacy classic editor?

To move forward with troubleshooting I'd appreciate it if you an check the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Finally, Would you please kindly follow the steps below to provide the debug information?

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Debug Information (Link)".
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Get back to this chat screen and scroll down.
- Find the "Additional Data" section below. (Check the screenshot below)
- Click on the "Debug Info" item to expand it.
- Paste the debug information into the text area.
- Click the "Send Debug Info" button.

Hi Cristopher,
I could partially follow your indications and did the followings:
- deactivated Kadence theme only and repeated the test, issue still there
- deactivated all plugins except Toolset's but I couldn't access the view because of all Kadence blocks were needed to get to it, so I was forced to reactivate all Kadence blocks plugins, issue still there -> see video here:

- I copied and paste debug info above using Toolset troubleshooter because I don't use WPML

Hi there,
Thank you for the information.

I created a clean installation of Toolset and added a star6er framework. You can access here:

WOuld you please go to Toolset > Settings and temporarily add your Google Map Key there and then go to the Find Property page and try to add the filter there?

There is a field called Address that you can use.

I want to see if the same thing happen there. If yes, then I will report this to the second tier.

if not I will need to copy your website to our server for further investigation.

did what above and YES, the issue is the same you can see it by yourself, enter any Google key and try to add the distance filter, no way to save it. Thanks

The issue is replicated on the clean installation and is reported to our development team.

There is no ETA for a fix yet. I will update you if that changes.
