Display repeating fields in an unordered list

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I would like to display each value from a repeating field in a list tag.

Solution: Use the wpv-for-each shortcode to loop over each value and apply the markup as needed.

<ul>
[wpv-for-each field="wpcf-slug"]
  
<li>[types field="slug"][/types]</li>
  
[/wpv-for-each]
</ul>

I have created a single line field which can be repeated for a post. I each output of the single line field to be outputted in a

tag but don't know how to do this.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
no.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
no.

Sorry that came out with HTML it should read;

I have created a single line field which can be repeated for a post. I each output of the single line field to be outputted in a < li > tag. At the moment the list of repeated single line fields comes out in 1 < div > tag
