[Resolved] Displaying cities organized by region under region heading

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user wanted to display their child terms under their respective child terms on a page listing their taxonomies.

Solution:

This can be done by following the instructions below.

I have a view that is pulling in locations of chapters around the world: hidden link

I am looking to organize those cities on the page by region (North America, South America, Africa, Europe, etc).
There are existing tags (see attachment) that organizes them this way. I'm having trouble figuring out how to build the view to organize it this way.
