Hi again,

In a previous ticket this thread was resolved as you might verify in the following link:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/displaying-checked-and-unchecked-taxonomies-for-a-specific-post-in-a-view/

Surprisingly the solution explained in the previous link is not working when the view is displayed in a different context (corresponding to a specific ad Layout), and all Taxonomies are displayed as unchecked items.

Any idea how to solve this issue?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking to debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. You can download the latest Toolset plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Do you see that once you update the plugins - it help you to resolve your issue? If no:

I need problem URL and access details to check why the view is not working as expected.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - I checked your issue and I've uncheck the checkbox "Don't include current page in query result" for the following view available at section "Query Options":
=> hidden link

I can see now results as expected:
=> hidden link

Can you please confirm - it works at your end as well.
