I was trying to edit the archive page, but unfortunately the archive shows everything on one side of the page. It almost looks like there is an invisible side balk. How can I fix this?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I'm not sure what theme you are using or I do not have any information.

Can you please share link of the archive and send me admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Thank you for your quick reply!

I'm using Astra theme.

This is a link to one archive: hidden link

I'm sorry but I do not understand how to send you admin access details or give you temporary access or a test site... I'm so sorry! Can you explain that first? Thank you so much!

You will see fields to add WordPress access details with the next reply below the reply box. I need admin access details with problem URL.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
