How do I limit certain field groups to appear in certain post types. Example I would like for Field Groups for Stories to only appear for Post Type Story.

Thank you for getting in touch.
This can be done by going to your custom field group under Toolset -> Custom Fields and then editing the Appears on Settings to select your custom post type. See Screenshot.
This should now restrict your field group to only showing on the custom post type that you've selected.
