Problem:
Display limit checkboxs in Views - Hide specific checkboxes from views filter
Solution:
There is no such feature available using which you can control the options of custom field filter checkboxes.
As an alternative solution, you may try to remove all additional checkboxes using custom javascript or jQuery.
