Tell us what you are trying to do?

I would like to Display simple rich text content in a page called "My Projects",
If the Current User has NOT Created any Custom Posts.

(This page displays a loop of Custom Posts called "Projects" that where created by Current Logged in User)

Is there any documentation that you are following?
none.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Currently this functionality already exists but it only reads "No projects found"
Once the logged in user creates his first custom post that text disappears.
Please see attachment

Found out that this function is already included:

[wpv-no-items-found]
[wpml-string context="wpv-views"]No projects found[/wpml-string]
[/wpv-no-items-found]
