The front end submission form is displayed on a laptop but not on mobile devices.
Can you give me a hint to achieve that front end submission form can be displayed on any device?

Hi Loe,

The form should still display on mobile devices.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Dear Shane,

The front end form is “Toevoegen Profiel”.
I have made a mistake: this form is not displayed on any device.
It only works in admin mode. Sorry for the confusion.
You can have access as a admin.

Thx in advance for your support.

Hello,

The problem here was essentially being caused by our Access plugin.

What happened is that your form doesn't get the guest access permission set automatically. See Screenshot

You will need to go to Toolset -> Access Control -> Toolset Forms and then open the "Post Forms Front-end Access Group" accordion and then set the guest permissions for the Form that isn't showing up.

Once you've set the permission and hit save then the form should show up when logged out.

Thanks
Shane
