Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

When you say display format changes - do you mean the image size displayed at frontend is not the desired size?

#2784280

the image is (as far as I can see in the examples) "correct" (I will check that also, I gave a constant height so that the with changes here)
the title "Regen (2/5)" and the dimension "34 / 39 cm" should be centered under the image!

In the template of one item the title is not centered, the dimensions seems to be.
in the view the title is not centered while the dimensions are in 4 lines and not centered.

the title "Regen (2/5)" and the dimension "34 / 39 cm" should be centered under the image! -> the title "Regen (2/5)" and the dimension "34 / 39 cm" should be centered above resp. under the image!

I'm not sure how exactly you are displaying the image.

Can you please send me problem URL as well as admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Ohh, I just got aware that there is also a problem with the titles contense!!!!
the data at "works" (exhibitions: xy/exposition/new_technologies/ work: xy/post.php?post=4196&action=edit) gives the right title while "exhibition" does not!

First of all:

If you have image size issue:
- The image block issue happens because WordPress 6.7 introduced changes to auto-sizes for lazy loaded images.

More details about this issue in the official blog post:
https://make.wordpress.org/core/2024/10/18/auto-sizes-for-lazy-loaded-images-in-wordpress-6-7/

Official bug report:
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/61847

Can you please try to follow the following errata and try to resolve your issue by following the workaround shared:

In addition to that, I would like to inform you that:

- we just release hotfix version for Toolset Blocks 1.6.18.
- We also release hotfix version for Toolset Access 2.9.2.

This will help you to fix the save/publish/update button misplaced.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Can you please update All Toolset plugins to it's latest official version and I hope this will resolve your issues.

To update the Toolset plugins to latest version, You can download it from your account's download page:

- Download the latest Toolset Blocks and Access plugins from your account's download link above.

hi
updating (for the above) :
1)I have a plesk autogestioned hosting at 1and1.es under plesk. As I had problems with the subdomains I called 1and1 and they "arranged" it the helpline told me. What they really did is strange (I will interview them when I have time): but my sub dominion (that's example, it's general for the whole site) shop.galeria-wl.eu/shop_web is now adressed by shop.galeria-wl.eu pointing directly at the subfolder shop_web. I give this information "just in case" it would be needed or clear something.
2) I have the WP on automatic update so was updated to 6.7.1. I was not aware of that
3) albeit changes occured the problem stays basically the same:
a) the heading and captation ( belonging to the image) change their size in page. Compare pictures 1 to 3 with the pic 4
b) the fieldgroup for images is not reset when changing record: see pictures 1 and 2 , it is overwriten when another fieldgroup shuffles a picture.
c) the caption of the image is shown with every word (group of letters delimitated by a blank) in a new line. blank works like LineFeed!

thanks for caring

best
ed.

Hi
first lets look at contenttemplate_expo_view-on-frontend.jpg.
1) I found out (got aware) that the post title if too large extends on the adjacent colum: solved by giving hyphenate the long titles. would be beautifull if the hiphenation could be indicated (Sommer-Strukturen) without breaking into words (Sommer- Strukturen) to give the posibility to break into 2 lines.
2) underneath the images I coded the dimensions of the work (most left one see dimensions_img_otras-ficciones.jpg) which is represented with every "word" followed by a CR-LF (Carriage Return/Line Feed). clearly not intended see "dimensions_img_otras-ficciones.jpg". Should fill the breadth of the column before broadcasting an CR-LF.
3) underneath you see 2 images which come from the data givern for it (data_img_otras-ficciones_02.jpg). The first is ok, the second is a repetition of the first instead of showing the second see "contenttemplate_expo_view-on-frontend.jpg". in this case I would like to add 3 more images in the dataset and represent them.
4) the third column of "contenttemplate_expo_view-on-frontend.jpg" you see the representation of the data of "grieta" stored at "data_img_grieta.jpg". you notice at once that the dataset of grieta only shows one image. I attract your attention to the fact that in "data_img_el-raton.jpg" you can see that there is no mirroring of images!!! There are none! Nonetheless at the "contenttemplate_expo_view_loop.jpg" the code for the empty image is present. Seems to falter a clearing of the image array from one work to the other (seems there is no erasing either at leaving or entering the new representation)

seems that's all for now

Thanks for caring and answer.

I'm not user if you are using grid layout to display the content using block view.

Here is the Doc that you should follow that shows information about Grid based view loop display:
- https://toolset.com/course-lesson/styling-views-and-archives/#choosing-the-loop-style

If you want to have equal column height, then Please check the following related ticket:
