Dear Support,

I've created a form in my website then transfer to other server. When I check the form, I clicked on upload files and it's display media library. I've deactivated on access but it's still open media library.

How can I disable on CRED Form? Please let me know ASAP.

Thanks.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for getting in touch.

You can actually do this by going to your form and editing it and ensuring that "Use the WordPress Media Library manager for image, video, audio, or file fields" is not checked.

Once you have done this it should disable the media library for your form.

Thanks,
Shane

My issue is resolved now. I've unchecked the media library in forms. Thanks for your help.
