Hi support,

I need your help to disable the Content template setting in my products that from default value set Dinamically Assigned by Toolset. (see upper right on the product page attached).
I need to remove this feature or changing the default value (on new product creation) with None.

Because when vendors create products on WFCM they don't have this setting to change.

I think there are some incompatibility between site theme (Rehub) and Toolset content template because I see a Fatal Error on settings page. See the second screenshot attached.

Thank you.

Hi Marco,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I need your help to disable the Content template setting in my products that from default value set Dinamically Assigned by Toolset.

If there isn't any content template assigned to the Post type then it should display using the default template by your theme. The only way a template will display on the frontend is if there is a Content template created for this post type. Having the settings set to "Dynamically Assigned by Toolset." does not mean there is a template assigned to the post.

Is your post still appearing as intended on the frontend ?

Can you provide me with a copy of your theme so that I can verify this issue on a fresh install ?

Thanks,
Shane

You are right. The products were created with theme default layout.
Thank you.
