I've previously reached out to you about the issue of non-admin users not being able to delte relationships on the frontend. This was supposedly fixed in the latest version, but I can't get this to work. The delete option does not appear on the frontend for non-admin users. Nigel recently indicated the following:
"Reviewing the developer notes in the internal tickets, the requirement to use the delete relationship link is to have edit privileges for the post types on either side of the relationship. If you can't edit either of the posts involved, you can't remove the connection."
I have set edit rights (and also remove rights) for all post types, but still can't get the delete button to appear. Is there anything I'm missing? Should any other permissions be configured?
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I checked the internal ticket and as you stated, it should be fixed with the latest release of Toolset Forms plugin.
I would like to know where you added the Delete relationship button, on what post/page.
In addition to that, I will require admin user access details and any other addition user access details using which you want that when I loggedin using that additional user I should be able to see the delete relationship button/link.
Can you please share all require information and I would be happy to see whats going wrong there.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
