delete one content type and move all content

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Based on your question you want to move over all your content to a different CPT and delete the old one correct?

If so then you will need to use this plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-type-switcher/

After you can delete the CPT.
