I am not able to install the new plugins after removing the legacy ones from our sites; creates fatal error on site when attempting to activate them. There is also no way on the user account (toolset.com) section to remove site licenses, as I believe there was a conflict that arose when we purchased the upgrade to unlimited sites. I am requesting one-on-one help please.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Regarding the issues with the activation of the plugins, we'll need to activate PHP debugging to check what are the generated errors. https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Regarding the issues of deleting sites in the dashboard, can you record a short screencast that demonstrates it? I'll escalate it to our Systems team for further investigation.

Some browsers show the delete icons on the list of site keys, some do not. Weird.

Re: the plugins, the "auto-update plugin" feature does not work in WordPress 5.7 btw.
