Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am not sure why we are getting this error

As this is a valid email address.
I have switched off validation and that was ok, but that is not ideal
Can this image be hidden from the general support please ?

This is a valid email address.

However can you let me know if this actually validates on the backend as well when creating a new post?
